To support our developments, we are looking for a manager for our Project Management Office (PMO) to lead our project teams to success.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and launch of engineering, software development, and product launch projects to effectively bring our micro-CNC machine to market.
• Manage a portfolio of projects, driving task management, scheduling, document management, reporting, and team collaboration.
• Utilize your engineering background to provide technical guidance and insights throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence within the PMO and across project teams.
• Leverage project management software suites to streamline processes and enhance project visibility and tracking.
• Influence and motivate teams to deliver on their assigned tasks, ensuring project objectives are met on time and within budget.
• Effectively manage project resources, budgets, and risks to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Qualifications:

• Professional certification in Engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in project management, with a focus on coordinating complex projects in engineering, software development, and product launches.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, influence and motivate teams to achieve project objectives and exceptional results.
• Familiarity with project management software suites (e.g., Microsoft Project, GanttProject, Jira, Asana, etc.).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• 3-5 years of experience managing and coordinating complex projects, preferably in a technology-driven industry.
